The inviting Gæstgiveri Paprika is one of Aalborg’s most specialised concept restaurants. Delicious Hungarian dishes such as schnitzels and the classic goulash from Pusztaen figure on their menu.
Gæstgiveri Paprika offers seven different kinds of Schnitzels, Pusztaen’s goulash, and dessert of the day. When you order a schnitzel, you will get a soup as a starter – free of charge! As a bonus, the Hungarian golden rule, prescribing large portions, also applies here.
Former TV chef, Morten Becker Jørgensen, took over the restaurant at the beginning of the new year, and, since then, he has been busier than ever. Morten was trained as a chef at Hotel Phønix in Aalborg, but he has also taught others at the chefs school. Furthermore, he has been operations-, service, and sales manager at Ida Service and at Eurest plus sales manager at ThermIT.
The Hungarian Guesthouse offers wines from different grape sorts and from different areas. You choose your own wine from the broad selection presented on the wine wall. The wine is also sold at unit price.
