We are a service organisation with more than 30 years’ experience in the business of meetings and conferences. We offer advice and assistance with:
- the strategic planning of the conference
- keeping an overall view and making the project manageable
- professional preparation of invitation and bid material, which you can submit to the decision-making bodies who select the host city for the conference
- planning and acting as practical organiser for an inspection visit to Aalborg by the aforementioned decision-makers

Marketing
